How to iron a dress shirt?

How to iron a dress shirt? It says "medium iron" on the instructions to the shirt. However, my iron has the following settings with steam on "wool, cotton, linen" then with steam off has the following "synthetic and silk". What setting do I use on my shirt to match the medium iron?
