How do you press a shirt with an iron press?

I know how to iron proficently with a regular iron. I bought a iron press to save time but I can not press with it. It has a video but who has a VCR these days? Best answer gets 10 points!

I'm sorry that I can't help you with any instructions on how to use an iron press. I just can't pass up the opportunity of expressing my delight that a man not only does his own ironing, but is proficient at it as well. I once gave my husband lessons in the arcane art of ironing - after two hours of trying, he'd managed one single T-shirt. Oh well, he has other fine qualities.
