The first time, it arrived with damaged packaging and a cracked board. Amazon's replacement unit arrived with ... damaged packaging and a cracked board! On closer inspection, there are many chips in the wood indicating that this is a refurbished or used item. <br />In fact, Amazon admits that the problem is so wide-spread that it cannot replace my item yet again. It does a great job while I sit, faster and a great way to do my clothes. They come out better than ironing. The time I save and the sitting to get my pressing done is a blessing.
